No. SYNQ is a done-for-you implementation and software ecosystem. We build the website, CRM, pipeline, automations, client journey, and operating infrastructure for you. The training library then teaches you how to use the finished system and improve the business around it.
02Do you actually build everything for me?
Yes. We are not handing you templates and telling you to figure it out. We build and connect the core infrastructure—including your conversion website, forms, calendar, CRM, pipeline, follow-up, automations, client journey, and portal—around the scope agreed before enrollment.
03What training is included?
The growing training library covers stronger offers, pricing and positioning, sales calls, lead capture and nurture, Google Business Profile and local-search visibility, reviews, marketing, using every part of SYNQ, and the operating skills required to keep improving the company.
04What is the investment?
The founding investment is reviewed privately during the strategy call after the full scope, implementation model, and fit are clear. SYNQ is a high-touch business build—not an off-the-shelf CRM subscription—and there is no obligation to enroll on the call.
05Will I have to replace everything I already use?
Not automatically. We first identify what is working, what is creating friction, and what needs to connect. Any migration or replacement plan is based on your current setup and agreed before implementation begins.
06Does SYNQ guarantee more bookings or revenue?
No responsible system can guarantee a specific revenue result. SYNQ improves the infrastructure behind positioning, follow-up, sales, delivery, and measurement; results still depend on your market, offer, traffic, sales execution, and implementation.
07Why is access limited?
The founding group is limited to 10 DJ companies because implementation includes direct strategic and build support. Capacity is based on the number of companies we can serve well—not artificial countdown timers.
08What happens after the first year?
Your first 12 months of SYNQ software access are included with implementation. Continued platform access moves to an annual renewal, with the current terms explained clearly before you enroll.
